The National Mental Health Commission is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 including the thirteen Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in that Act.

Where you are asked for personal information via the online consultation form, this information will only be used for the purpose of conducting the consultation exercise, and will not be used for any other purpose without your permission. On individual consultations, you may be offered the option to keep your response confidential. If your submission is published online, you will be given the option of withholding your personal details.

No personally identifiable information is stored within cookies used by this website. No attempt will be made to identify anonymous users unless legally compelled to do so, such as in the event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the Internet Service Provider's log files.
